Remember, the products we offer are not cheap copies of the genuine article; they are the very top brands. We set the benchmark for other companies to follow when we first offered a minimum of 22% discount and up to 33% off the Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) on all showers and mixers. This alongside our uncompromising approach to customer service, and our eagerness to learn as much as possible about our suppliers and their products, clearly set us apart from all other UK and European companies.

We can offer such discounts because our overheads are less online, as is the case in any industry that uses the Internet to sell goods.
